About the Role:
Weβre hiring three Senior Technical Product Managers (TPMs) to lead enterprise application platforms that support core business areas like Finance, Incentive Compensation, and Procurement/Supply Chain. These are functional-focused roles β perfect for someone who started as a Business Analyst and moved into Product. Youβll partner closely with both IT and business teams to manage product roadmaps, lead implementations, and drive process improvements. This includes working with Oracle ERP systems (on-prem and Cloud) and supporting the companyβs cloud transformation journey.
What Youβll Do:
Product Management
β’ Own and manage product roadmaps across business platforms
β’ Prioritize and deliver product features that improve processes and efficiency
β’ Lead the evaluation, design, and rollout of new enterprise systems
β’ Manage product backlogs, requirements, test plans, and functional designs
Business Partnership
β’ Act as a bridge between IT and business stakeholders
β’ Understand business goals and turn them into technology solutions
β’ Build trust with key teams across finance, supply chain, and sales
β’ Guide business partners through system changes and enhancements
Functional & Technical Leadership
β’ Serve as subject matter expert for Oracle ERP (EBS or Fusion)
β’ Support business areas including:
β’ Finance: GL, AP, AR, Cash Management
β’ Incentive Compensation: Reimplementation and process redesign
β’ Procurement & Planning: Focus on ASCP, Sourcing, and Procurement
β’ Drive projects that move applications from on-prem to the cloud
β’ Recommend process improvements and best practices
β’ Write basic SQL queries (a plus)
β’ Provide training and support to drive system adoption
What You Bring
β’ Bachelorβs degree required (Computer Science, Information Systems, or related)
β’ 7+ years in IT/product roles, ideally with ERP, CRM, or supply chain systems
β’ 3+ years with Oracle ERP (EBS R12 or Fusion Cloud) as a functional lead
β’ Strong experience managing cross-functional projects
β’ Solid understanding of business workflows (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, etc.)
β’ Strong communication and collaboration skills
β’ Agile/Scrum experience
