Our client is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Business Analyst to support enterprise system rollout and optimization initiatives. This consultant will play a key role in bridging business operations and IT, ensuring successful adoption of Oracle Cloud solutions across multiple manufacturing sites.
About the Role
This role requires a strong techno-functional professional who understands end-to-end business process flows and can support user acceptance testing (UAT), training development, and plant deployment readiness. Candidate must be open to occasional onsite work in both Michigan & Ohio.
Responsibilities
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud solutions supporting manufacturing and operational business processes
• Support and document end-to-end process flows across Order Management, Order-to-Cash, and Cost Management functions
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system functionality
• Support UAT activities including test scenario development, execution support, issue resolution, and user guidance
• Act as a primary resource for business users by answering functional and system-related questions during testing and deployment
• Develop detailed process documentation, user guides, and training materials
• Design and deliver training sessions for business users and plant personnel
• Build and maintain training decks and knowledge transfer materials to support future plant rollouts
• Assist with system configuration discussions and collaborate with technical teams on solution design
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and system optimization efforts
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud modules including:
• Cost Management / Costing
• Order Management
• Order-to-Cash process flows
• Experience supporting Oracle Cloud applications in a techno-functional or Business Analyst capacity
• Experience supporting UAT planning, coordination, and execution
• Experience creating training materials, documentation, and user enablement resources
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business process flows across supply chain, manufacturing, and finance
• Experience working in enterprise ERP implementation or rollout environments
• Strong stakeholder communication and user support skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced consulting environment
