Job Title: Oracle Cloud Core HR /Payroll Technical Architect

Job Description:
β’ We're looking for an Oracle CLOUD Core HR /Payroll Technical Architect to support CLOUD Core HR / Payroll modules for UK public sector clients .
β’ You'll need expert knowledge of UK Core HR / Payroll processes and proven experience with Oracle Core HR / Payroll guiding & supporting projects and translating complex solutions for diverse audiences.
Responsibilities:
β’ Lead and support Oracle CLOUD HCM, specifically focusing on Core HR / Payroll for UK clients.
β’ Takes part in Data Conversion activities including defining Data Conversion Strategy etc.,
β’ Demonstrate expert proficiency in all aspects of Core HR,UK Payroll, Pension, and Absence processes.
β’ Apply hands-on experience in Oracle Global Payroll/Absence Cloud, particularly within the UK Public sector.
β’ Lead the transition of ongoing system.
β’ Utilize extensive knowledge of HCM technical tools, including HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, Custom Forms, Performance Tuning.
β’ Lead customer discussions pertaining to integrations, data migrations, and reports related to Core HR, Payroll and other relevant modules
Must Have Skills:
β’ Should have a minimum of 12+ years of experience in implementation & support of Oracle CLOUD HCM for Core HR and Payroll modules for UK
β’ Candidate should be proficient in all the Core HR, UK Payroll.
β’ Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, Custom Forms, Performance Tuning, Payroll batch loader.
β’ Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
β’ Knowledge and Support of existing solutions.
β’ Preparation of Status reports with RAG, highlighting risks and mitigations and maintaining RAID log
