We do not accept unsolicited resumes from third-party recruiters. Job Description RESPEC is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Engineer contractor to support a SLED project. This role will work closely with Oracle and internal stakeholders during the initial setup of the Development environment in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), then take ownership of configuring and deploying subsequent environments. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with Oracle and project stakeholders during the setup of the Development environment in OCI • Learn and document environment configurations, architecture, and deployment processes • Independently configure and deploy UAT and Production environments based on established patterns • Ensure consistency, scalability, and security across all OCI environments • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and configuration issues • Provide knowledge transfer and documentation for ongoing support Qualifications Required Qualifications • Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) • Strong understanding of cloud environment setup, configuration, and deployment • Experience building and managing Development, UAT, and Production environments • Ability to quickly learn and replicate configurations from initial implementations • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Preferred Qualifications • Experience working directly with Oracle or on Oracle-led implementations • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code or automation tools • Knowledge of cloud security best practices and governance • Experience in multi-environment deployment strategies Key Success Factors • Ability to quickly ramp up during the Development environment setup • Confidence in independently owning UAT and Production environment builds • Strong documentation and knowledge transfer skills Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
