Job SummaryThis role is for a senior-level Oracle Cloud Financials expert who will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Cloud Fusion Financial modules. The company is moving from Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to Oracle Cloud Fusion, and this person will guide that transition. You will act as both a technical and functional architect, meaning you will understand how finance processes work and how to configure Oracle Cloud to support those processes. What the Role Does1. Lead Oracle Cloud Financials Architecture You will design how all Oracle Cloud Financials modules work together, making sure the configurations follow best practices and meet business needs. 1. Hands-on Configuration You will personally configure modules like: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Fixed Assets (FA) Cash Management Subledger Accounting (SLA) This includes setting up COA, ledgers, taxes, accounting rules, currencies, intercompany, etc. 1. Support the Migration from Oracle EBS to Cloud You will: Lead the migration strategy Map old configurations to new Cloud setups Ensure data, integrations, and processes move smoothly 1. Integration & Technical Leadership You will help design how Oracle Cloud connects with other internal systems using OIC, Web Services, and OCI. 1. Work with Business & IT Teams You will: Run requirement workshops Explain system capabilities Translate business processes into technical solutions Document all configurations and designs 1. Ensure Compliance & Scalability You will review configurations for: Audit readiness SOX compliance Scalability for future business needs 1. Troubleshooting & Enhancements You will help resolve production issues and apply new features from Oracle’s quarterly updates. Pay: $110.00 - $130.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: In person
