Oracle Data Analyst - Remote - 6 months contract, extendable
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Data Analyst, specializing in HR data and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), to support a pre-migration data analysis project.
The successful candidate will work within a project team to manage and analyse large HR data sets in preparation for a future cloud migration.
Key Requirements:
β’ Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in HR/IT project environments
β’ Strong expertise in Oracle EBS (HR modules preferred)
β’ Proficient in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
β’ Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large, complex data sets
β’ Excellent communication and documentation skills
Project Context:
This is a pre-migration analytical role supporting a future move to a frozen cloud platform. The objective is to analyse and assess HR data readiness ahead of the formal migration phase.
