Hiring: Oracle Developer | Alpharetta, GA (On-site) Location: Alpharetta, GA (On-site) Duration: 6+ months (possible extension) We’re seeking an experienced Oracle Developer to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. This is an on-site role with high visibility, requiring strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills. If you enjoy working on complex databases, performance tuning, and production support, this could be the right fit for you! Must-Have Skills: • 5+ years in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Unix programming • Strong experience with Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Views, Cursors, Packages, and Exceptions • Expertise in database design, modeling, and query tuning • Proven ability in performance tuning, query optimization, and troubleshooting Oracle environments • Hands-on with ETL processes, SQL • Loader, and data replication (Oracle to Oracle & Oracle to other DBs) • Solid production support experience Key Responsibilities: • Analyze data needs and develop solutions to meet business requirements • Troubleshoot Oracle issues: CPU, memory, I/O, blocking, deadlocks, and security concerns • Manage encrypted databases, backups, restores, and upgrades • Provide technical support across infrastructure components (server, network, storage) • Document processes and ensure smooth deployments If you’re passionate about databases and want to take on a challenging, high-impact role — we’d love to hear from you!
