Role description
Pay Range - $ 60 - $ 65 Responsibilities: β€’ Perform hands-on development and enhancement of Oracle databases, focusing on operational data stores and Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems. β€’ Design, develop, and maintain Oracle logical and physical databases. β€’ Analyze and optimize PL/SQL queries to improve system performance and efficiency. β€’ Support production issues, perform database maintenance, and ensure high system availability. β€’ Utilize database management tools (e.g., Toad) for effective database monitoring and development. β€’ Implement performance tuning techniques using Hints, Overloading, and Indexes. Must-Haves: β€’ 5+ years of experience in Oracle development. β€’ Strong expertise in Oracle 11g or 12c. β€’ Extensive hands-on experience with PL/SQL and performance tuning. β€’ Proficiency with database management tools such as Toad. β€’ Solid understanding of Oracle database optimization and indexing techniques. Nice-to-Haves: β€’ Experience with Informatica for ETL processes. β€’ Familiarity with job scheduling tools like Autosys. β€’ Working knowledge of Unix for scripting and system operations.
