Oracle PL/SQL Developer Pennington NJ (Hybrid -3 days a week) Contract to hire - W2 only. No C2C cannot sponsor /No third parties Must be local $60-65/hour W2 Job Description Senior Developer / Data Engineer (Oracle PL/SQL) Position Summary This role will focus heavily on Oracle PL/SQL development, data modeling, performance optimization, and the creation of scalable data solutions that enable operational reporting, advanced analytics, and emerging AI capabilities. The ideal candidate is a strong technical contributor who enjoys solving complex data challenges, optimizing enterprise-scale platforms, and working closely with business and technology stakeholders in a fast-paced Agile environment. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience • Strong hands-on expertise with Oracle Database and advanced PL/SQL development. • Experience developing stored procedures, packages, functions, triggers, and complex SQL queries. • Strong understanding of data modeling principles and relational database design. • Experience optimizing database performance and designing scalable data solutions. • Experience working within Agile development environments. • Ability to troubleshoot complex data and system issues across multiple applications. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
