Role description
NOTE: NEED ONLY LOCALS TO FLORIDA. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, DBAs, architects, and business stakeholders β€’ Develop complex PL/SQL queries, database objects, and web applications (preferably in PHP using CodeIgniter) β€’ Perform SQL performance tuning and troubleshoot application issues β€’ Participate in business process redesign, documentation, and requirements gathering β€’ Provide mentorship to junior developers and ensure adherence to technical and project management standards Required Skills: β€’ 8+ years with Oracle databases (strong DDL/DML, PL/SQL) β€’ 5+ years of technical team leadership β€’ 3+ years working with financial/accounting data and internal controls β€’ 3+ years in performance tuning and PHP MVC development (preferably CodeIgniter) β€’ Experience with Git, Jenkins, UML, ISDM, and database query tools like TOAD or SQL Developer β€’ Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications: β€’ Oracle certifications β€’ Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS β€’ Experience in environmental regulatory systems β€’ Familiarity with Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies
