We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Developer with 8–10 years of overall experience, including strong hands-on work in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Order Management (OM), and Sales modules. This role requires immediate focus on stabilizing the current Oracle Cloud ERP environment before leading future development and enhancements.
The successful candidate will have a solid track record of resolving integration and functional issues in Oracle ERP Cloud, combined with the ability to drive long-term stability and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the effort to stabilize the current Oracle Cloud ERP environment, particularly around OIC integrations, Order Management, and Sales modules.
Identify, diagnose, and resolve system performance, configuration, and data integrity issues.
Manage and support existing Oracle Cloud integrations and ensure their ongoing reliability and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address current pain points and streamline business processes.
Document system configurations, fixes, and standard procedures to support long-term maintainability.
Once the system is stable, transition into new development, enhancements, and project work aligned with business goals.
Support ongoing system monitoring, logging, and error resolution activities.
Provide expert technical support for Oracle ERP end-users and business stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
8–10 years of overall experience in Oracle ERP development and support roles.
Strong, hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) – including design, implementation, and troubleshooting of integrations.
Expertise in Oracle Cloud Order Management (OM) and Sales modules.
Proficient in PL/SQL, REST and SOAP Web Services, and Oracle Cloud development tools.
Demonstrated ability to stabilize complex ERP environments with multiple integrations and dependencies.
Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP data structures, workflows, and configuration options.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle Cloud certifications (OIC, OM)
Experience with large-scale ERP implementations, migrations, or upgrades
Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies
Exposure to DevOps tools and automated deployment pipelines
