Role description
Crocs - Senior Oracle Integration Engineer
Location: Fully Remote
Compensation: 145k-240k

β’ Candidates must have engineering expertise in OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud)
β’ REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
β’ 4+ years of hands-on development in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
β’ Strong working experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including API Gateway, Compute, Streams, networking fundamentals, and secure connectivity patterns.
β’ Experience with enterprise messaging and event platforms such as IBM JMS and Kafka/OCI Streams.
β’ Hands on experience with SAP IDoc inbound/outbound integration patterns, REST APIs, OAuth/JWT authentication, and file-based integrations (SFTP, transformations, validations).
β’ Proficiency creating AS2 integrations, including certificate management and partner agreement setup.
β’ Experience supporting Linux-based OIC connectivity agents and performing Linux compute operations (monitoring, logging, troubleshooting).
β’ Hands-on experience with GitHub for source control and pull requests, and familiarity with Jira for Agile delivery.
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
β’ Experience in retail or supply chain environments, especially with Aptos POS, Manhattan WMS, Sterling OMS, Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), or SAP ECC.
β’ Knowledge of Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP), including schema management, connectivity optimization, SQL tuning, and wallet-based connectivity.
β’ Experience building or supporting integration-focused CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows.
β’ Understanding of event driven architecture, canonical data models, and modern integration best practices.
β’ Oracle OIC/OCI certifications (preferred but not required).

Seeking a Senior Oracle Integration Engineer with strong, handsβon experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This role focuses on building and supporting endβtoβend integrations across retail eβcommerce, supply chain, and store operations, including developing OIC integrations and building/configuring OCI Connectivity Agents for secure cloud, onβprem, and partner connectivity. The environment includes Oracle Middleware, IBM Sterling, Aptos POS, and Manhattan WMS, using APIs, event/streaming, and fileβbased integrations (REST, Kafka/OCI Streaming, IBM JMS, SAP IDocs, AS2). The engineer will manage OCI services, troubleshoot production integrations, and support performance and reliability. Candidates must be able to whiteboard or walk through real OIC builds, design decisions, and troubleshooting scenarios.
