Overview
• We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong Oracle E Business Suite (EBS) functional expertise who can also help shape the next generation of intelligent solutions across the enterprise.
• This role bridges traditional ERP functional analysis with emerging AI/ML capabilities, enabling the organization to modernize processes, improve decision making, and accelerate digital transformation.
• The ideal candidate understands how Oracle EBS supports business operations today while also being able to translate business needs into requirements for AI driven tools, automation, and machine learning enabled workflows. This person will collaborate closely with developers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with long term strategy.

• Serve as a functional SME for Oracle EBS Financial modules.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements for enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.
• Support configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of Oracle EBS functionality.
• Partner with technical teams to ensure functional requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications.
• Assist with production support, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• AI/ML & GenAI Requirements Development
• Work with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI/ML or GenAI can improve efficiency, accuracy, or user experience.
• Translate business problems into structured AI/ML use cases, including data needs, success criteria, and workflow impacts.
• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to define model requirements, training data expectations, and integration points.
• Support change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of AI enabled solutions.
Cross Functional Collaboration
• Act as a liaison between business users, Oracle EBS technical teams, and AI/ML development teams.
• Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and requirement gathering meetings.
• Communicate complex technical concepts in clear, business friendly language.
