Oracle EBS Procure to Pay (P2P) - Business Analyst - Remote

Title: Oracle EBS Procure to Pay (P2P) - Business Analyst Location: Remote (U.S.) Work Authorization: U.S. Citizens only Clearance: Must be able to obtain an IT-2 background investigation About the Role:The Oracle EBS Procure to Pay (P2P) Business Analyst will support implementation and sustainment of Oracle EBS R12 Federal Financials, focusing on P2P and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). The role includes supporting procurement, receiving, and invoicing operations in compliance with Federal financial management standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with seven (7) years of Federal Oracle EBS implementation experience. Experience with implementation and maintenance support of Oracle EBS R12 Federal Financials for Procure to Pay (P2P) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). Working knowledge of Budget to Report (B2R), Acquire to Retire (A2R), and Order to Cash (O2C). Working knowledge of Federal procurement, receiving, and invoicing policies and procedures. Experience using the following technologies: Oracle RDBMS 12g, EBS, Oracle Fusion Middleware, WebLogic Server, Java 2, JavaScript, PL/SQL, HTML, and XML. Experience with G-Invoicing. Experience in authoring functional design specifications, configuration documents, test plans, and test scripts. Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and recommend break/fix solutions. Proficient in authoring and presenting program solution documents. Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain an IT-2 background investigation.
