JOB DETAILS: Job Title: Oracle Fusion BICC Specialist Location: Remote Duration: 12+ Months Contract Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Oracle professional with strong expertise in Business Intelligence Cloud Connector (BICC) and Universal Content Management (UCM) for extracting and managing data from Oracle SaaS Fusion Applications. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing data extraction processes to support analytics, reporting, and integration needs. Key Responsibilities • Design, configure, and manage Oracle BICC extracts for SaaS Fusion applications. • Utilize UCM for staging, uploading, and managing extracted data files. • Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure seamless integration with downstream systems (e.g., data warehouses, reporting tools). • Collaborate with functional teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into efficient extraction solutions. • Monitor and troubleshoot extraction jobs, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. • Implement best practices for performance optimization, error handling, and automation in BICC/UCM processes. • Document technical processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures. • Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to support data migration, reconciliation, and audit compliance. Required Skills & Experience • 5+ years of experience working with Oracle SaaS Fusion data extraction using BICC & UCM for extracting the data from SAAS fusion • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM modules and their data structures. • Expertise in data integration, ETL processes, and file management. • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data warehouse concepts. • Experience in automation scripting (e.g., Python, Shell, or PL/SQL) for managing extraction workflows. • Solid understanding of cloud-based data management and security practices. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware tools. • Knowledge of BI Publisher and reporting frameworks. • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). • Exposure to financial, HR, or supply chain modules in Oracle Fusion.
