Oracle Fusion Cloud Developer

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM)/Sales Cloud Developer to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting solutions within Oracle CDM and Sales Cloud environments. This role involves data integration, deduplication, and customer data governance, with a strong focus on enabling accurate, consistent, and complete customer records across the organization. Responsibilities • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Oracle CDM and Sales Cloud to manage and maintain high-quality customer data. • Configure and customize Oracle CDM features such as deduplication rules, survivorship, match/merge processes, and data enrichment. • Develop and support integrations between Oracle CDM, Sales Cloud, and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, Marketing, Service). • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, unit test plans, and deployment guides. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CDM and Sales Cloud functionality or performance. Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Applications • Proven experience in designing and implementing complex integration solutions. • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud services and related technologies. • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
