Job Title: Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence Developer - W2 only Location: Des Moines or Omaha or Portland or Davenport - Onsite Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence Developer to design, build, and maintain advanced analytics and reporting solutions using Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI/FAW). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle ERP data models and be skilled in turning complex data into actionable business insights. Mandatory Skills: Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI/FAW), OTBI, BI Publisher Key Responsibilities: • Engage with business users and reporting teams to customize and extend FDI semantic models based on project needs. • Design, develop, and test reporting and data augmentation solutions using Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI/FAW). • Collaborate with implementation teams to define and execute a data strategy for Oracle ERP solutions. • Manage data models and pipelines to support data integrations across platforms within FAW. • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using FDI, BI Publisher, and OAC. • Analyze data across Oracle Fusion modules including Financials, HCM, and SCM to deliver key insights. • Ensure data integrity through cleansing, processing, and validation of data used for analytics. Qualifications: • Proven experience implementing Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI/FAW) and BI solutions in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC). • In-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP and HCM data structures, PVOs, and star schema modeling for analytics. • Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and other ETL tools on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). • Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills for querying and managing Oracle databases. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
