BA to help drive the Data & Analytics strategy.
More business analysis focus
Master Data management
Drive Data and analytics strategy
Partnering with enterprise/data and analytics – future state solution aligns with data strategy
Convert data from their systems
Data retention and access strategy
Supporting HR and Payroll – Benefits – environment – cloud implementation – cloud data warehouse – understanding structure of it
Help business partners built and ramped up
Needs somebody who rolls up the sleeves, really diving into the data, needs someone that is not an order taker
