Role description
Our client, a leading organization in the technology and government services sector, is seeking a dedicated Oracle HCM Cloud Conversion Developer to join their dynamic team. As an Oracle HCM Cloud Conversion Developer, you will be an integral part of the support team, contributing your expertise to ensure seamless data conversions and system integrations. Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Conversion Developer Location:Remote What's the Job? โ€ข Develop and implement data conversion strategies for Oracle HCM Cloud systems. โ€ข Design and automate data conversions using tools such as HDLs, Spreadsheet Loaders, and HCM Extracts. โ€ข Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and downstream impacts. โ€ข Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the conversion process. โ€ข Provide technical support and troubleshooting for conversion-related issues. What's Needed? โ€ข Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud data conversions, including HDLs, Spreadsheet Loaders, and HCM Extracts. โ€ข Proficiency in data mapping and understanding of Oracle HCM Core HR & Benefits. โ€ข Strong knowledge of Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP). โ€ข Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s Degree or higher in a related field.
