Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Developer to support the design, development, and implementation of solutions within the Oracle HCM Cloud platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle HCM modules and a strong background in technical development, integrations, and reporting. Responsibilities: Develop and customize Oracle HCM Cloud applications including Fast Formulas, OTBI, BIP, HDL, and HCM Extracts. Work closely with functional teams and end-users to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions. Build and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and other middleware technologies. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Oracle HCM modules Participate in system testing, validation, and deployment activities. Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams. Required Skills: Hands on experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Developer. Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules (especially Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management). Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and API-based integrations (REST/SOAP).
