Job Title: Oracle HCM Report Writer / Business Analyst / Report Tester Location: Des Peres, MO (Hybrid – 3 days onsite) or Fully Remote for strong Oracle HCM experts Employment Type: Contract (W2) Interview Process: Virtual Contract Duration: 1 year (with potential extension) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Report Writer / Business Analyst to support a large-scale transformation from PeopleSoft to Oracle HCM, including Payroll. This long-running implementation is entering a critical phase where high-quality, customized reporting is essential for business operations. The successful candidate will play a dual roleβ€”partnering with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs while designing, testing, and delivering custom Oracle HCM reports. This position also involves training end users and ensuring reporting solutions align with business processes. Key Responsibilities β€’ Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams during analysis and design β€’ Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and data requirements for reporting β€’ Design, develop, and maintain custom Oracle HCM reports, including payroll-related reporting β€’ Validate and test reports to ensure accuracy, performance, and business alignment β€’ Conduct walkthroughs with business and technical teams to confirm requirements and obtain sign-off β€’ Train end users on report usage, interpretation, and best practices β€’ Identify opportunities to improve business processes through reporting and system capabilities β€’ Support issue analysis, resolution, and delivery throughout the SDLC β€’ Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Project Managers, and global delivery teams Mandatory Skills & Qualifications β€’ Strong hands-on experience creating custom Oracle HCM reports β€’ Solid understanding of Oracle HCM modules, including Payroll β€’ Business Analysis experience with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions β€’ Strong data knowledge and understanding of system behavior, dependencies, and integrations β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills β€’ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision β€’ Strong organizational skills with the ability to document, track, and manage requirements Preferred Skills β€’ Experience supporting PeopleSoft to Oracle HCM migrations β€’ Familiarity with Agile / Scrum environments β€’ Experience working with global, cross-time-zone teams β€’ Basic financial services domain knowledge Why Join Us β€’ Be part of a high-impact Oracle HCM transformation initiative β€’ Flexible work model with hybrid or fully remote options β€’ Long-term contract with extension potential β€’ Collaborative, global team environment About NetworkPedia NetworkPedia is a certified women-owned technology and talent solutions company, providing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, managed services, and specialized recruitment across North Americas and beyond.
