Job Title β Oracle HCM Solutions Analyst
Location β Remote Position
Duration β 4-5+ months contract position, with the possibility of extension

Job Summary:
β’ Seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Solutions Consultant to join our team.
β’ In this role, you will work closely with HR, IT, Payroll and other business units to implement and optimize Oracle HCM solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with business stakeholders to understand HR processes and translate them into system requirements for Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Scheduling, Benefits, Reporting etc).
β’ Solution implementation: Lead and support the configuration, customization, testing, and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions.
β’ Business analysis: Analyze business requirements, perform gap analysis, and propose system enhancements or improvements.
β’ Data analytics: Prepare reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools using Oracle HCM data.
β’ User acceptance testing: Perform user acceptance testing (UAT), document issues, and track resolution.
β’ Data migration: Assist with data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
β’ Training and support: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot any Oracle HCM-related issues
Education & Experience Required:
β’ Bachelors Degree
β’ Experience: 10-15 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
β’ Skills: Proficient in Oracle HCM modules (Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence, Benefits, Reporting etc), with a strong understanding of Human Resources processes.
β’ Technical knowledge: Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, as well as system integrations and data migration.
β’ Analytical skills: Ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose effective solutions.
β’ Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non- technical stakeholders.
β’ Certifications: Oracle HCM Cloud certifications
β’ Required Technical Skills: HCM HCM Implementation Oracle HCM Oracle HCM Cloud

β’ More hands on config. and someone that understands the system/processes.
β’ KNOWLEDGEABLE IN:
β’ Timekeeping and Payroll Operations
β’ Functional Knowledge in Oracle Cloud HCM modules, with expertise in Payroll, Time & Labor and Absence Management modules
β’ Full life cycle experience with all aspects of application setup, testing, user training, and production support
β’ Experience with designing and testing conversions, interfaces with third parties, and custom reporting
β’ PREFERRED SKILLS:
β’ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
β’ Clear and effective communication skills
β’ Strong organization skills
β’ Ability to think strategically and to lead
β’ Ability to effectively resolve conflicts YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
β’ 10-15
