Oracle HCM Solutions Analyst

Job Title – Oracle HCM Solutions Analyst Location – Remote Position Duration – 4-5+ months contract position, with the possibility of extension Shift Time – Mon – Fri Job Summary: • Seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Solutions Consultant to join our team. • In this role, you will work closely with HR, IT, Payroll and other business units to implement and optimize Oracle HCM solutions. Main Responsibilities: • Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with business stakeholders to understand HR processes and translate them into system requirements for Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Scheduling, Benefits, Reporting etc). • Solution implementation: Lead and support the configuration, customization, testing, and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions. • Business analysis: Analyze business requirements, perform gap analysis, and propose system enhancements or improvements. • Data analytics: Prepare reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools using Oracle HCM data. • User acceptance testing: Perform user acceptance testing (UAT), document issues, and track resolution. • Data migration: Assist with data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. • Training and support: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot any Oracle HCM-related issues Education & Experience Required: • Bachelors Degree • Experience: 10-15 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Oracle HCM Cloud applications. • Skills: Proficient in Oracle HCM modules (Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence, Benefits, Reporting etc), with a strong understanding of Human Resources processes. • Technical knowledge: Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, as well as system integrations and data migration. • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose effective solutions. • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non- technical stakeholders. • Certifications: Oracle HCM Cloud certifications • Required Technical Skills: HCM HCM Implementation Oracle HCM Oracle HCM Cloud Skills Required • More hands on config. and someone that understands the system/processes. • KNOWLEDGEABLE IN: • Timekeeping and Payroll Operations • Functional Knowledge in Oracle Cloud HCM modules, with expertise in Payroll, Time & Labor and Absence Management modules • Full life cycle experience with all aspects of application setup, testing, user training, and production support • Experience with designing and testing conversions, interfaces with third parties, and custom reporting • PREFERRED SKILLS: • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Clear and effective communication skills • Strong organization skills • Ability to think strategically and to lead • Ability to effectively resolve conflicts YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: • 10-15 • Payroll operations experience • Experience in Oracle Cloud Implementation • Functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud Time & Labor, Absence Management and Payroll Company Overview: • Infojini Consulting is a Staffing and Recruitment company and incorporated in Baltimore, MD.
