Role description
Our client, a leading organization in the technology and security sector, is seeking a Oracle Identity Manager Engineer- P4 to join their team. As a Oracle Identity Manager Engineer- P4, you will be part of the IAM Support Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) solutions to meet enterprise requirements.
• Perform upgrades of OIM/SOA/WebLogic suite from 12c to 14c, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
• Implement and manage user lifecycle processes, including joiner, mover, and leaver workflows across various enterprise systems.
• Integrate OIM with Active Directory, RACF, HR systems, databases, and other enterprise applications for seamless identity management.
• Support audit, compliance, and certification processes such as SOX and GDPR, maintaining high standards of security and compliance.
What's Needed?
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM 12c) and system upgrades.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts including RBAC, PBAC, provisioning, SSO, MFA, and SoD.
• Experience with OIM connectors such as Active Directory/LDAP, RACF, SQL/databases, and WebLogic Server.
