Role description
Role: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer Location: UK/Hybrid Key Essential Skills: β€’ Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including building integration flows between Oracle Fusion Cloud and other systems. β€’ Previous experience integrating Oracle Fusion ERP or HCM modules via OIC. β€’ Strong understanding of APIs, web services (SOAP/REST), and data transformation techniques. β€’ Ability to independently develop, test, and troubleshoot integrations. β€’ Experience with secured, automated data exchanges (API-first preferred over flat-file approaches). β€’ Ability to learn and adapt to new integration endpoints quickly. Desirable Skills: β€’ Experience integrating with FinOps platforms such as Magic Orange, Flexera, Cloudability, or CloudHealth. β€’ Familiarity with Snowflake as a data source or target. β€’ Knowledge of AI Agents, event-based automation, and scalable OIC architecture. β€’ Experience working in Agile environments and with cross-functional teams. Overview: We are seeking a skilled Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer to join Thebes Group on a critical FinOps technology program. The role involves building and supporting integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and external systems β€” particularly a third-party FinOps platform (Magic Orange). You will join a high-performing delivery team and play a key role in enabling secure, automated, and scalable data exchange across systems. This is a hands-on development role best suited to engineers with strong OIC expertise and a proactive mindset. Role & Responsibilities: β€’ Develop, deploy, and support integrations between Oracle Fusion and other platforms using OIC. β€’ Build real-time, API-based integrations where possible to avoid flat-file exchanges. β€’ Collaborate with internal integration leads and third-party vendors to design integration interfaces. β€’ Troubleshoot and resolve integration errors and performance issues. β€’ Maintain integration security, error-handling logic, and auditability. β€’ Learn new endpoint systems (e.g., Magic Orange) quickly to enable effective integration development. β€’ Document technical designs and support ongoing enhancements or defect fixes.
