Role: Oracle PL/SQL Developer Location: Wilmington, DE โ€“ Onsite (5days / Week) W2 Contract Only USC / GC candidates, (no H1B, EAD's) Job description: Position Overview: โ€ข We are seeking a highly skilledย Oracle Developer with strong PL/SQL, SQL, and DBA expertiseย to support our Commercial Loans systems within the ICS domain. โ€ข The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in backend development, database optimization, and financial services environments. โ€ข This role requires close collaboration with application teams to ensure data integrity, high availability, and efficient deployments. Key Responsibilities โ€ข Design, develop, and optimize PL/SQL code to support business applications. โ€ข Perform complex SQL query development and troubleshoot backend workflows. โ€ข Monitor and enhance database performance, including tuning and query optimization. Required Skills & Qualifications โ€ข 8+ years of professional experience in Oracle PL/SQL and SQL development. โ€ข Strong experience with Oracle Database Administration (preferably Oracle 19C). โ€ข Proven performance engineering and database tuning expertise. โ€ข Solid understanding of financial services data models; Commercial Loans experience preferred.
