Oracle Report Writer

Role: Oracle Report Writer Start Date: ASAP End Date: 10/26/2026 Responsibilities: • Designs and develops reports, dashboards, and visualizations using OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), BI (Oracle BI), BIP (BI Publisher), and FDI (Fusion Data Integrator) within the Oracle Cloud/Fusion environment. • Requires close collaboration with cross functional teams to gather reporting requirements and translate them into functional specifications. • Ensures high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and performance across all reports and dashboards. • Python and SQL experience is a plus, but not required. Must have skill-sets: • 5+ years of experience in Oracle report development, including Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and/or Oracle Analytics Publisher. • FDI experience is a nice to have • MUST make sure they can do both front and back end-need to make sure they can communicate with stakeholders and figure out what they want on a spec and then they need to be able to build the reports on the back-end • Oracle HCM and Benefits experience • Hands-on experience with the Oracle ERP Cloud ERP system, preferably in a healthcare environment-not required • Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills for data extraction and report generation. • Experience with ERP transformation projects or large-scale system implementations. Nice to have: • Experience working in a healthcare system or other highly regulated industries. • Knowledge of financial, supply chain, and/or HR module data structures within Oracle ERP. • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
