Role description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Oracle Reporting Analyst to design, develop, and maintain reporting and analytics solutions across Oracle Cloud ERP and related systems. This role plays a key part in empowering data‑driven decision‑making across the organization. As a Reporting Analyst, you’ll collaborate closely with functional teams and business partners to translate complex requirements into intuitive, accurate, and scalable reporting assets. You will leverage leading Oracle reporting tools to support both operational and strategic insights.
Responsibilities
• Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards using OTBI, BI Publisher, BI Cloud Connector, Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW), and other analytics platforms.
• Partner with Business Systems Analysts, integration teams, and data warehouse developers to ensure consistent, aligned reporting across systems.
• Provide ad hoc data analysis to support key business cycles such as month‑end, year‑end, and major operational milestones.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability by applying strong data modeling and SQL expertise.
• Support process improvement, documentation, testing, and cross‑functional collaboration on reporting initiatives.
• Participate in periodic onsite work (typically 1–3 days per month; schedule may vary depending on business needs).
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience as a Reporting Analyst supporting Oracle Cloud ERP (Supply Chain, HCM, or Financials)
• 3+ years of experience in relational databases, SQL, or system development lifecycle work.
• Understanding of Oracle ERP data structures and business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Research, or HCM.
• Strong ability to prepare and interpret complex data models.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), or EPM reporting.
• Advanced experience with Oracle reporting tools (BI Publisher, OTBI).
• Knowledge of highly complex data design, mapping, conversion, and data governance practices.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non‑technical teams.
Plusses
• Experience working in a large, complex organization comparable in size and operational scope.
• Familiarity with supply chain, human capital management, or finance processes within a healthcare or similarly complex environment.
