Interested candidates please share your resume to sneha@zilliontechnologies.com Job Title: Oracle Reports Developer – Incentive Compensation (IC Module) Duration: long term Experience: 8+ years Location: remote Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Reports (RDF) to support the Incentive Compensation (IC) module • Develop reports for commissions, bonuses, incentive payouts, and adjustments • Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical reporting specifications • Write and optimize complex SQL and PL/SQL queries for reporting and data extraction • Support IC cycle processing, validation, and reconciliation of compensation data • Troubleshoot and resolve report performance and data accuracy issues • Work closely with functional teams, finance, and compensation stakeholders • Support enhancements, fixes, and production deployments • Maintain technical documentation and follow development best practices Required Skills & Qualifications • 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Reports Developer • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Incentive Compensation (IC) module • Expertise in Oracle Reports Builder (RDF) • Strong SQL and PL/SQL development skills • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), especially OTL/OM/AR/GL integration (preferred) • Ability to understand complex compensation plans and commission structures • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Oracle BI Publisher (plus) • Knowledge of Oracle Advanced Pricing or Sales Compensation • Prior experience in financial or incentive-based reporting environments • Experience supporting month-end / quarter-end incentive cycles
