We are seeking a seasoned Middleware and BPM Solutions professional with strong expertise in Oracle BPM Suite, SOA Suite, and Java to design, develop, and manage enterprise-grade business process management solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building BPMN workflows and integrating them within complex enterprise environments.
Must-Have Skills:
BPM Suite experience
Advanced BPMN OR BPEL process design and workflow orchestration
Middleware integration capabilities (SOA Suite, WebLogic)
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) knowledge
Custom adapter development experience
DevOps deployment practices with Jenkins/Maven
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement sophisticated BPMN processes
- Develop middleware integration solutions
- Manage enterprise workflow architectures
- Support infrastructure and server management
- Design human task workflows with role-based access
- Implement process versioning and migration strategies
