Role description
Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) & Analytics Lead
Location: Remote (occasional travel)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Rate: £500-585 per day inside IR35
Duration: 12 months initially
Role Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) & Analytics Lead to lead enterprise reporting and analytics across Oracle Fusion applications. You will be responsible for the end-to-end FDI lifecycle, including environment setup, data ingestion from Oracle Fusion and third-party systems, deployment of Oracle OOTB analytics, custom dashboard development, and embedding analytics within Fusion applications to enable data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead FDI environment setup, configuration, and governance
• Manage data ingestion from Oracle Fusion and third-party applications
• Extend and maintain FDI semantic models
• Deploy and optimise Oracle OOTB dashboards and analytics
• Develop custom dashboards, reports, and KPIs
• Embed analytics within Oracle Fusion transactional screens
• Optimise performance, data refresh, and data quality
• Implement data security and governance controls
• Gather and translate stakeholder reporting requirements
• Produce documentation and deliver training
Skills & Experience
• 5+ years' experience with Oracle FDI, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), OTBI, and BI Publisher
• Strong Oracle FDI and/or OAC expertise
• Experience configuring FDI environments and pipelines
• Experience integrating third-party data sources
• Strong data modelling and ETL/ELT knowledge
• Experience deploying Oracle OOTB analytics
• Advanced dashboard, KPI, and report development skills
• Experience embedding analytics into Oracle Fusion
• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or equivalent
• Strong understanding of data governance and security
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience acting as a Reporting & Analytics SME within a systems integration environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
