Primary Skills: SAP-Expert, Salesforce-Advanced, Microsoft Office-Proficient, Data Analysis-Intermediate, CRM Tools-Proficient Contract Type:  W2 Duration:  12+ Months with possible extension Location: Lehi, UT (Hybrid) Pay Range: $20 - $24 per hour on W2 Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Order Management, who will play a pivotal role in the analysis of multi-source data and the development of scalable solutions enhancing accurate revenue booking and reporting. The candidate will provide world-class support by collaborating across the organization and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of sales models and license agreements. Key Responsibilities: • Support and analyze system migration efforts ensuring data accuracy across multiple platforms. • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of different sales models and manage licensing agreements. • Review enterprise sales contracts, validate terms, and provide support through email and phone. • Perform monthly reconciliations and monitor compliance with revenue booking requirements. • Manage workload peaks efficiently during critical periods like month-end and quarter-end. Must-Have Skills: • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Required Experience: • Minimum of 2 years in Order Management. • Familiarity with software and services revenue recognition principles. Industry Experience: • Prior experience in financial services or technology sectors, particularly with software sales.
