Role description
NetApp is seeking an energetic, inquisitive, and experienced resource for the position of OTC (E2E or OM & AR) Business Analyst for our finance team in Raleigh. The position will primarily be responsible for Oracle Cloud Support and providing solutions on Order to Cash modules on the Oracle SAAS platform along with the Reports, Conversions, Extensions, and Integrations with any applicable edge applications.
High-Level Responsibilities
β’ The Oracle Business Analyst will serve as the strategic interface to the business for the purpose of Oracle Cloud support, solution design for future enhancements.
β’ Should have strong implementation experience in Oracle Cloud OTC modules with excellent understanding of E2E Quote to Order processing and Receivables Life Cycle including Customer hierarchy, Invoice interface, Customer Billing (Summary Billing & Bill Presentment), Collections, Cash Management, and GL posting.
β’ Must me very hands-on and thorough understanding of OM, Oracle Receivables, Customer Management, Credit & Collections and Revenue processes
β’ Knowledge of the underlying Oracle tables, integration points and technology processes are critical to success in this role.
β’ Coordinate with other tracks for cross-functional topics which includes business, IT and third-party vendor.
β’ Work closely with Tech team during Design & Build of Integrations, Reports, Customizations and Extensions.
β’ Work with application analysts from other verticals and consultants for EBA stabilization and business support
β’ Partner with implementation consultants, business stakeholders and IT teams in defining, prioritizing, and executing to build robust Oracle Cloud based solutions that support efficient Order to Cash process.
β’ Ability to create and present key requirements artifacts without direct supervision.
β’ Testing & Quality Assurance: Lead and coordinate end-to-end testing through any customizations and Production issues.
β’ Create Test strategies.
β’ Test the applications and support business on their queries during UAT & other testing phases.
β’ Participation in Cutover Activities and post Go-Live support.
β’ Good Hands on with End-to-End scenarios, Reports, Integrations, Conversions & Extensions for Customizations and business support.
Minimum Requirements
β’ English Language skills are required for written and verbal communications.
β’ Knowledge of Quoting (CPQ), Order Management and Accounts Receivables including Credit, Collections and Cash Applications
β’ Ability to work independently but also collaborate effectively with team members to reach team targets and goals.
β’ Problem solving, critical thinking skills and adhering to timelines.
β’ Ability to demonstrate integrity and the use of good judgment to handle the confidential nature of duties, tasks, and information.
β’ Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
β’ Excellent organization and time management skills
Additional Desired Skills:
β’ Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field
β’ Proven ability in production support, system analysis, and release testing
β’ Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of Oracle eBusiness Suite and its architecture
β’ Analytical Skills: Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical capabilities, with experience using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
β’ Strong organizational skills to prioritize workloads from various stakeholders effectively.
β’ Experience with Oracle EBS Architecture and in-depth knowledge of Order to Cash modules.
β’ Integration experience with Order Management, and Revenue
β’ Ability to work under tight deadlines.
β’ Should be adaptable to changes and should be able to multitask.
