Job Title: Reporting & Data Analyst Location: Remote (U.S.-based) Type: 6-Month Contract (Strong possibility of extension or permanent conversion) Pay: $31–41/hr (W2) Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Reporting & Data Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and insightful reporting on educational activity performance, supporting sales and business objectives, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills in Tableau and Excel, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can translate data into actionable insights for both internal teams and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Create and deliver routine supporter-facing metrics reports measuring overall educational activity performance on a set monthly and quarterly schedule. • Manage internal ad-hoc reporting and data analytics requests while supporting process improvement initiatives. • Maintain and enhance reporting templates, customizing as needed using Tableau, Excel pivot tables, and PowerPoint. • Provide insights and customized metrics reports on activity performance and impact to support sales in generating renewals. • Perform independent QA on reports and coordinate with QA teams to ensure all issues are resolved before delivery. • Collaborate with Data & Analytics and Product Management teams to enhance dashboards and improve reporting functionality. • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across reports and presentations for the U.S. business unit. • Partner with sales and outcomes/insights teams to align reporting with supporter requirements. Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, client reporting, or sales reporting. • Proficiency with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server. • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, and graphs; strong PowerPoint skills. • Experience writing SQL queries and working in a big data environment (e.g., Vertica) is a plus. • Familiarity with additional reporting or web analytics tools (OBIEE, Cognos, Omniture, Google Analytics) is a strong plus. • Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking skills. • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders. • Prior experience in a sales support or marketing environment, especially with client-facing reporting, preferred. • Creative thinker able to optimize and innovate with existing tools and processes.
