Overview:
The Change Partners are working with a leading technology business to
European subsidiaries by optimising digital paid media performance through actionable, data-driven insights. Focus areas include paid search, social, display, programmatic, and video.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Deliver insights across major ad platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon).
β’ Develop and maintain dashboards in BI tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau).
β’ Validate data, conduct post-campaign analyses, and apply A/B testing.
β’ Translate stakeholder needs into scalable reporting solutions.
β’ Monitor and resolve data issues to ensure reporting accuracy.
Essential Skills & Experience:
β’ 3-5 years in a digital marketing or paid media analyst role.
β’ Strong experience with paid media ad platforms.
β’ Proven ability to build dashboards and reports.
β’ Familiarity with marketing analytics, statistics, and data validation.
β’ Experience optimising paid media campaigns and A/B testing.
β’ Ability to manage data pipelines and convert requirements into solutions.
β’ Fluent in English; able to explain technical topics clearly.
Desired Skills:
β’ Experience with ad tech and measurement platforms.
β’ Familiarity with web tracking and analytics tagging.
β’ Strategic, analytical, collaborative, and detail-oriented.
