Going to deploy a project - data science/analysis and think Palantir would be great for it, which is why they want to fold these people in
Project - leading the RADAR initiative- brings in various datasets from 5 or 6 data sources, then they do analysis, and isolates where a problem may be, give it to outage management to resolve
Another customer focused use case - customer journey relating to calls, investigating & doing root cause on why folks call in and what they’re working through
