Palantir Data Scientist Location: Maidenhead , UK Hybrid (1 days a week) Contract to Hire (6+ Months) About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Senior Palantir Data Scientist to join our enterprise data and analytics team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and executing our future-state, modern data architecture and driving enterprise-level transformation. Leveraging Palantir Foundry, advanced cloud-based technologies, and leading data science practices, you will design scalable data pipelines, develop innovative analytics solutions, and apply machine learning techniques to deliver actionable insights that directly enable strategic business outcomes. Qualifications Required: • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related discipline). • 4+ years of professional experience in data science, data engineering, or advanced analytics. • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry. • 2+ years of applied machine learning experience (model building, training, and deployment). • 2+ years of practical experience with Databricks for data processing and analytics. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred: • 4+ years of experience in pipeline and application development within Palantir Foundry. • 4+ years of professional services or consultancy experience, ideally in a data-driven transformation environment. • Proven leadership and mentoring experience, with the ability to influence and engage both technical and non-technical audiences. • Demonstrated creativity and innovation, with a passion for staying ahead of emerging technologies, products, and open-source libraries.
