OverviewA Tier 1 technology organization within the Chief Data Office (CDO) is seeking a highly motivated Developer with 3–5 years of experience supporting development teams in a data-driven, migration-focused environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with data engineers, product teams, and application developers to support platform development, ETL migration, and full-stack implementation efforts using modern data and AI technologies.Daily ResponsibilitiesSupport developers and data engineers across projects involving data migration, data pipelines, and application integrations.Contribute to full-stack development tasks across backend, frontend, and API layers.Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot ETL processes and data workflows.Work with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with CDO and enterprise requirements.Implement and support REST API integrations and data-driven services.Contribute to code reviews, version control, and development best practices.Required QualificationsEducation: B.S. in Computer Science or related field.Experience: 3–5 years in a development environment supporting software engineers or data engineering teams.Technical RequirementsPalantir – Must haveDatabricks or Snowflake – Must have at least oneIBM WatsonX.data – Nice to haveSQL – Strong working knowledge (Must)Python & PySpark – MustData Engineering fundamentals (ETL, data migration) – Must haveREST APIs – MustWeb Development – Full Stack – MustNode.js – MustTypescript – Must (important for Palantir code)React.js – MustGitHub Copilot – Familiarity preferredWindsurf – Nice to haveAI / GenAI (Preferred)Exposure to GenAI, including RAG architectures and chatbots (desired)Experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Agent architectures, or MCP servers (desired)Soft SkillsHighly motivated with a strong desire to grow in a fast-moving, enterprise CDO environment.Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to follow structured development processes and documentation standards.
