Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Palantir Engineer with strong experience in Palantir Foundry to support the delivery of scalable data integration and analytics solutions. This role is ideal for a technical professional who thrives in client-facing environments, enjoys solving complex data challenges, and can translate business requirements into impactful Foundry workflows.
You will work closely with senior engineers, architects, and client stakeholders to configure, deploy, and optimize Foundry solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain Palantir Foundry pipelines, data models, and applications to support client use cases.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to translate business requirements into scalable Foundry workflows.
• Support deployment and configuration of Foundry solutions within client environments, ensuring adherence to architectural and governance standards.
• Build and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration pipelines using Foundry's platform capabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure platform reliability, performance, and data integrity.
• Contribute to documentation of technical designs, workflows, and best practices.
• Participate in client workshops and working sessions to gather requirements and demonstrate solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve automation, efficiency, and data utilization across deployed solutions.
Required Qualifications
• Min. 5 years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry implementations.
• Practical experience building and maintaining Foundry pipelines, ontology objects, data integrations, and applications.
• Strong understanding of modern data architectures (data lakes, warehouses, lakehouse patterns).
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proficiency in SQL and Python (Scala is a plus).
• Ability to work in client-facing environments and communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile or fast-paced project environments.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting forward deployment-style engagements.
• Exposure to regulated industries such as healthcare, insurance, or financial services.
• Familiarity with orchestration or automation tools (e.g., Airflow) beyond Foundry.
• Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
