Key Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end deployment and integration of Palantir Foundry solutions within client environments, ensuring alignment with business goals and data architecture standards.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into Foundry workflows and automated processes.
• Develop and implement scalable data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration pipelines leveraging Palantir Foundry's full platform capabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges swiftly to maintain high availability and performance of Foundry platforms.
• Coach and upskill client teams on Foundry best practices, promoting self-sufficiency and adoption.
• Maintain robust documentation and provide status reporting to leadership on project milestones and risks.
• Drive innovation by identifying improvement areas in workflows, automation, and data usage to maximize ROI.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years in data engineering, analytics, or a related technical role, with at least 2-3 years leading Palantir Foundry implementations.
• Proven experience working in forward deployment roles or client-facing technical lead positions on complex data platform engagements.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Palantir Foundry modules, including data integration, pipelines, analytics, and visualization.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS or Azure) and modern data architectures (data lakes, warehouse, lakehouse).
• Proficient in SQL, Python, and/or Scala for data processing and pipeline development.
• Excellent communication skills with a track record of translating technical concepts for executive and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-team collaboration in fast-paced environments.
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed to client sites within the US.
Preferred Skills
• Familiarity with healthcare, insurance, or financial services industry data workflows.
• Knowledge of automation and orchestration tools beyond Foundry (e.g., Camunda, Apache Airflow) is a plus.
• Experience with data security, compliance, and governance best practices.
What We Offer
• Opportunity to lead strategic Palantir deployments impacting large enterprises.
• Exposure to cutting-edge data platforms and analytics use cases.
• Collaborative, innovative work environment with skilled teams.
• Competitive contract compensation.
