Palantir Tech Lead

Our healthcare client is seeking a proven Palantir Lead to architect and deliver AI‑powered clinical data platforms on Palantir Foundry. This is not an experimentation role — we need someone who has built and deployed production-grade, regulated healthcare solutions end‑to‑end. Must Have • 5+ years Palantir Foundry — production, not demos • Foundry Pipelines — Bronze → Silver → Gold, built and owned • Ontology modeling — objects, links, actions, write-back patterns • Workshop apps with interactive actions for end users • AIP Agent Studio — at least one real agent with guardrails • HIPAA compliance — column masking, RLS, PHI audit log in Foundry • PySpark + Python — production code, skew handling, unit tests • CI/CD — Apollo deployments, GitHub Actions, multi-env strategy • Healthcare data — Epic FHIR, claims, EHR or clinical workflows Nice to Have • OSDK + React custom app development • Terraform IaC for Foundry workspace provisioning • Kafka / Kinesis real-time streaming into Foundry • AIP Evals + RAG pipeline design • Multi-cloud (AWS + Azure or GCP simultaneously) • TypeScript Functions for Workshop and OSDK • SOC 2 / HITRUST / NERC compliance experience • Palantir certifications You Will Build • Patient Ontology + no-show AIP agent + Workshop app • Epic FHIR → Bronze/Silver/Gold → care coordinator tools • Prior auth AI assistant with human-in-the-loop • HIPAA-compliant governance across all data layers
