Role description
Our client is seeking a Paycor Data & Reporting Specialist to support the development of dashboards, analytics, and reporting solutions. This is a six month contract role.
This contract role will work closely with HR, Operations, Finance, and Leadership to deliver meaningful insights and improve data visibility.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Build and maintain dashboards and reports using data from Paycor and other sources
β’ Support HR and Operations with scheduled and ad hoc reporting needs
β’ Ensure accuracy and consistency of HR data and metrics
β’ Provide training on dashboard use and self-service reporting
β’ Recommend automation and data governance improvements
β’ Serve as a subject matter expert on Paycor reporting tools
Qualifications
β’ Associateβs or Bachelorβs degree in a related field or equivalent experience
β’ Hands-on experience with Paycor HRIS and HR reporting
β’ Strong understanding of HR metrics and data transformation
β’ Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
β’ Excellent communication skills
β’ Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
