Take part in a pivotal project to ensure the integrity and cleanliness of our land lease and landowner payments data. This project is crucial for enhancing data quality, consistency, and reliability, which will support their systems, reporting, and strategic decision-making processes. We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and make a significant impact on this special project.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive data integrity assessments across different datasets and systems.
• Conduct data cleaning activities to rectify inconsistencies, inaccuracies, and duplications.
• Direct outreach to colleagues requesting they address data issues.
• Develop and implement data quality rules, standards, and processes.
• Work collaboratively with data owners, IT, and other stakeholders to align on data governance practices.
• Document data quality issues and remediation actions taken.
• Provide regular progress reports and data quality metrics to project leaders.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, data management, or a related role.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience with data integrity and data cleaning processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience managing multiple priorities.
• Experience handling conflict and difficult situations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex data issues to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for Data Integrity and Data Quality initiatives.
Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of land or real estate contracts
• Prior experience with cleansing/auditing customer billing or payments data
• Experience working in the energy sector or with energy-related data
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $40.00/hr.
