You now have an opportunity to join a high-impact, multi-disciplinary engineering initiative driving enterprise-wide digital transformation and intelligent automation. This project focuses on designing and implementing robust, scalable, and highly secure technical architectures that safely integrate core ecosystem systems with advanced AI / ML capabilities, data engineering pipelines, and intelligent automation frameworks. Operating within a highly regulated financial services landscape, the project balances technical innovation with rigorous governance, compliance, and structural integrity.
Responsibilities:

Manage and scale cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies, ensuring environment consistency, scalability, and security resilience
Monitor ecosystem availability, system health, and workload performance, establishing proactive alerting and automated self-healing configurations
Collaborate closely with software and data engineering teams to establish containerization best practices, microservices orchestration, and localized developer tooling
Enforce rigorous cloud security controls (DevSecOps), ensuring proper secrets management, least-privilege identity access management, and vulnerability scanning throughout the delivery path
Requirements:
5+ years of professional experience operating as a DevOps Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), or Systems Engineer within a cloud-native ecosystem
Proficient with primary cloud platforms (AWS or Azure preferred) and deep, hands-on experience using Infrastructure as Code frameworks (such as Terraform or Ansible)
Solid expertise working with containerization tools and orchestration platforms, specifically Docker and Kubernetes environments
Strong programming or scripting foundations (e.g., Python, Bash, or Go) paired with extensive knowledge of modern CI / CD systems (such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps)
