Payroll Data Analyst

Job Title: Data Analyst Location: 50% onsite in Tampa, FL 33607 Duration: 10 Months Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm MUST HAVES: • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, data validation, and charting • Strong experience analyzing, cleansing, and validating payroll-related data • Role: Analytics and Reporting - Data Analyst (10 months of contractual assignment) • Manager: Bryan Rodrigues • Location: Hybrid • Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. • Experience: 2 years of experience is required in data analytics, Payroll and ADP experience is good to have. • Skills: Excell, V lookup, X lookup, ADP • JD: This job includes gathering data, ensuring that it’s accurate, managing ADP, finance and payroll etc….. • Interview: 2 rounds of interview • Other Highlights: 1. HM is targeting early may start, although it could be accommodated early. 1. HM is open to see non local candidates as well. Highly Preferred: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 3+ years of payroll or payroll accounting experience with direct exposure to wage types and GL mappings • Hands-on experience supporting ADP Celergo payroll processing or integrations Nice to have: • Experience supporting global or multi-country payroll environments • Payroll accounting or payroll implementation experience • Experience working with large, complex Excel-based mapping files
