PBI Technical Lead

Payrate: $60.00 - $64.00 /hr. Details/Scope of the project: • Leading the design and development of Power BI reports and dashboards Serving as the primary technical point of contact for all Power BI-related work • Ensuring proper configuration, governance, and deployment within the Power BI Service • Collaborating directly with client stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective visualizations • Applying strong knowledge of data visualization best practices to support decision-making across multiple stakeholder groups • Providing guidance and light oversight to one to two junior Power BI consultants • Communicating clearly with both internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery • Maintaining general awareness of Microsoft Fabric and related technologies, though deep Fabric expertise is not required Team Technical Stack: • PowerBI, • Dax, • Microsoft Fabric Must have skills for this role: • Advanced Power BI expertise across Desktop + Service Strong DAX and dashboard/visualization skills Client-facing lead experience with ability to guide offshore developers Preferred skills: Soft skills required: • Strong communication skills • Client facing • Consultancy skills Pay Transparency:  The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $60.00 - $64.00 /hour.
