Role description
Job Title: Pega Analytics
Type: Contract
Contractor Work Model: Hybrid β onsite and remote
Responsibilities
β’ Support the development and execution of targeting strategies and marketing campaigns in channels enabled by Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
β’ Build, launch, and optimize Next Best Action campaigns across inbound and outbound channels through member profiling, experimentation, and performance analysis.
β’ Own the day-to-day campaign operations lifecycleβfrom requirements and approvals through QA/testing, deployment, and post-launch monitoring and issue resolution.
β’ Partner with marketing product strategists, business stakeholders, compliance, and cross-functional agile teams to achieve positive member experience and business outcomes.
β’ Translate marketing requirements into CDH interaction strategies, targeting criteria, and personalization logic.
β’ Assist with coordinating and optimizing member communications across inbound and outbound channels.
β’ Create and refine user stories and documentation to support next best action implementations.
β’ Run simulations and perform basic analysis of decisioning results to evaluate performance and business impact.
β’ Troubleshoot routine Pega CDH issues and collaborate with technical teams to resolve integration or data concerns.
β’ Manage multiple marketing tasks and deliverables to ensure timely execution of initiatives.
Requirements
β’ Working knowledge of Pega CDH, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar ESP/decisioning technology platforms.
β’ Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical and business teams.
β’ Ability to quickly learn new concepts, tools, and technologies related to marketing decisioning and analytics.
β’ Familiarity with marketing campaign processes, data analysis, and lifecycle management.
β’ Experience with analytics tools or data platforms (e.g., SQL, Databricks, Tableau, Power BI).
β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience.
