Position: Pega Lead Location: Irving, TX Working Model: Hybrid - Tue, Wed, Thu in office Duration: 12 Months with possible extension Job Summary: Pega Lead Application Developer: The client is looking for an experienced Pega Lead Application Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing Pega CDH applications, managing proposition/offer matrix, and ensuring compliance with implementation standards. Key responsibilities include designing ADM and predictive models, developing Next Best Action strategies, deploying changes, collaborating with QA, and mentoring team members. Responsible for: • Review requirements, design, and implement applications using Pega CDH for internal organization. • Lead the design and development of applications using Pega CDH. • Manage the Proposition/Offer matrix. • Review implementations to ensure adherence to standards. • Design and manage ADM and predictive models. • Develop Next Best Action Strategies. • Design and develop agile stories as directed by the lead. • Ensure successful deployment of changes to higher environments. • Collaborate closely with the QA team to ensure thorough testing of changes. • Mentor junior resources. • Understand the role of different systems and guide the team to correctly fetch and post data. • Ensure application scaling, performance, and other operational aspects are met during the design phase. • Interact with various stakeholders, including Business, Marketing, IT, PMO, and other teams, both offshore and onshore. • Plan work to ensure seamless execution across geographical teams, given that most meetings occur during US hours. • Provide regular status updates to management, ensuring accuracy of ongoing initiatives, post-production monitoring, end-to-end utilization, system-specific metrics, and management deck updates. • Participate in team calls and schedule calls with stakeholders, development, and testing teams. Must-Have Skills: • Pega Infinity 24.1 • NBA Designer • JavaScript • HTML 5.0 • DevSecOps • Experience with Pega PRPC technologies. • Experience working on Pega DSM (Decision Management). • Experience with ADM and predictive models. Desired Skills: • ADM • 1:1 customer engagement optimization and implementation. • Understanding of Inbound marketing. • Good understanding of strategies and proposition management. • Education/Certifications: • Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent with 7+ years of IT systems experience. • Certifications: CSSA with CPDC/CPMC.
