The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Pega platform architecture, design, and implementation, along with strong leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end Pega application design, development, and deployment, ensuring best practices and standards are followed. Architect scalable and robust Pega solutions tailored to client requirements. Mentor and guide Pega developers and systems architects, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Conduct reviews of technical deliverables and ensure adherence to architectural standards. Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle. Stay updated with the latest Pega features, frameworks, and industry best practices. Document architectural decisions, designs, and technical specifications. Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities. Requirements: Pega Certification: Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA). Strong experience in Pega constellation. Minimum of 10+ years of Pega Development experience. Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC™ platform, rules, data models, integration, UI, and decision strategies. Experience in designing and developing complex Pega applications. Familiarity with Pega CSSA, LSA, or similar certifications. Hands-on experience with Pega integrations, microservices, and REST APIs. Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor junior staff, and manage stakeholder expectations. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
