Role description
Position: Pega LSA Location : Jersey City, NJ (On-site role) – Only Local Candidates Duration: Contract Job Description:: • Experience: 8–10+ years in Pega development, with at least \`+ years as a Lead System Architect • Proficiency in Java and experience with multi-tier applications and web services (SOAP, WSDL, XML). • Lead end-to-end delivery of Pega solutions including scope definition, requirements analysis, design, build, testing, and deployment. • Architect and implement model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions using Pega technology. • Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and project managers to translate business needs into technical specifications. • Provide technical governance and mentorship to Pega developers and junior architects. • Ensure adherence to Pega best practices, coding standards, and design principles. • Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST, SOAP, MQ, and other protocols. • Apply DevOps practices such as CI/CD, automated testing, and monitoring for Pega applications. • Conduct design and code reviews to ensure quality and compliance. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and respond to ad-hoc technical queries
