Pega Platform Developer

Position: Pega Platform Developer Location:Tampa, FL (Onsite, 5 days/week) Work Authorization: Only U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders will be considered We are looking for an experienced Pega PRPC Developer to support the enhancement, modernization, and development of existing workflows. This role involves working in a collaborative Agile environment and contributing to building scalable and secure enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain Pega-based applications and workflows • Execute software solutions including development, testing, and technical troubleshooting • Write secure, high-quality code with minimal supervision • Work with upstream and downstream systems considering technical dependencies • Apply SDLC tools and automation practices to improve delivery efficiency • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues of moderate complexity • Participate in Agile ceremonies and follow CI/CD best practices • Contribute to application resiliency, security, and performance improvements Must Have • 7+ years of experience in Pega PRPC development • Strong experience with SQL Server and PL/SQL • Experience working with On-Prem or Cloud (AWS preferred) environments • Hands-on experience in workflow development, modernization, and enhancements • Proficiency in Pega toolset (design, development, testing, deployment) • Experience with Java and general-purpose programming languages • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC Preferred • Experience with Smart Investigate • Understanding of Cloud technologies • PegaSystems platform experience (v8.4 or higher)
